One of Gregory's requests before we leave was that Grammy make our traditional molasses Christmas cookies. It is usually a day long event with Grammy making the dough ahead, chilling it overnight, cutting and baking cookies one day with frosting as a day long event. We were up until past midnight decorating after a long day of hiking in Lassen National Forest. It was worth it though. Now, when Christmas rolls around Gregory won't feel like he's missing out on this tradition. Can we make a gingerbread house while camping?
